I'm sorry but anyhow it's over 1.5 million Doesn't have 2 dishwashers I don't care what the rest of the house looks like I'm stopping the video here it's not you you do great videos it's just when you're talking about a house at these price points they've got to be set up to entertain and they've got to be set up for easy views for a family and one dishwasher is never gonna be enough specially in the kitchen

I actually like this home, I’m. It sure why you’re showing it, I wouldn’t show a property that I dislike. It was negativity from the beginning to the end. SMH everyone doesn’t like what you like, some people what different shit or shit that the cookie cutter homes don’t have.

Lots of useless space and yet such a tiny kitchen. The kitchen is a deal breaker - lacks storage and counter space for food prep. Pantry is narrow and a long walk from the kitchen. Overall bad design. Definitely not worth the price.

Pretty nice upgrades. Sold for 1.9m last July 2022. Upgraded and being flipped. Prob worth $400 per sq ft. 2.8-3m. Prices getting more realistic. Let's see how long it takes to sell

Most people do the slider doors, these doors are unique and beautiful. I prefer this actually. Floors are beautiful too 👍🏼
