I love this movie but the fun facts in this video are not true: the wolf that appears in the first movie was originally going to be just a random old wolf who argues with Balto and nocks some sense into him. It was changed into a scene that leaves you wondering if it was real or imaginary: it represents his own wolf spirit. In the original movie, Balto was going to have dreams that referenced native culture. This concept was recicled for the second movie, where they changed the concept of the white wolf to be Balto's mother. You can see all of this in the behind the scenes and the deleted scenes
