I think sugar's more of a problem than red meat. I didn't hear him mention anything about sugar. 😢

Cut the grains. Cut the sugar and carbs. Increase fat and you will feel better.

Gee, what a surprise. Eat & work like people used to. Not long ago, mom stayed home & made good, nutritious meals, while cleaning the house & working outdoors in the garden. Dad, worked outside the home at his physical job. That's why people were healthier. It was NOT boring. We have become too busy & lazy & filling our bodies with garbage.

Suger and carbs wrecked my body, eating meat is healing me. It’s all the packed foods which is not healthy to processed… we need to go back to basics

“Lots of whole grains” — people will confuse this and eat the wrong processed crap. “No red meat” — not sure I agree here. Let’s add NO sugar and get at least 8 hours of sleep.

Absolutely that's why I hate gym stuff. Why would you waste money in a place, full of sweat smell when you have fresh air outdoors with nature around.

I think it’s very sad that the health industry has gone down such a dark path over the last 20+ years with such scary diets / fads, often those giving said ‘advice’ are not trained to do so, but because it’s the internet, people blindly follow.
This guy is absolutely right. People have lost how to eat sensible & in moderation. Eliminating food groups (unless you’re a coeliac) is absolutely not necessary. Calling foods ‘evil’ / ‘the devil’ & stirring up negative connotations towards them leads men & women into vicious, negative, unhealthy relationships & mindsets with food.

People think it’s drugs, s** with with multiple partners in one day, getting drunk, money especially partying and getting drunk and everything drugs so Australia import workers from overseas. Anyway in Australia the trend for girls and guys is getting hooked on the gym life, going for walks most except America ( most obese) care about their body shape except models and famous people obviously like the 1000LB sisters 🤦🏼‍♀️ ( I’m not poking at them their is a story or reason for everything don’t get me wrong) here we have them I never judge them bcoz of their weight I was sky high due to Olazepine and put me into drug induced T2D from Jan 2022-June 2022 bye bye Diabetes I was in hospital I couldn’t stop spewing anyway since the septic/diabetic shock Dec 2021 April I stopped I lost 48kg I swear on my mums grave with trying by June 2022 116kg-68kg I’m 172cm I only reached to a size 18 in Australia women size bcoz (I don’t say I’m big boned to get away from it) that’s why I didn’t look that bad and when I lost 🤦🏼‍♀️ the end of the world ( also due to extreme stress, colon issue and I’m not a food person anyway) even my ADHD medications didn’t make me loose weight like but when I lost even more weight I kept dropping
