That shot where the Tie fighters are flying in from the sunset, is such an amazing shot, just tells me Abrams is an artist and that this movie's gonna be freaking amazing.

Regarding that seen with Kylo's blade next a to Rey's head...Daisy did more acting in those 2 seconds than Portman did in the entire prequel trilogy.

I keep coming back to watch this over and over. It really looks like they've captured the magic of the original movies. The force is strong in this one I feel.

What I think happens:

Kylo captures Rey towards the end of the film, as we see he confronts her during one of the scenes in the trailer. Finn and Rey have developed a strong connection already throughout the film (non romance, at least in this movie) and Finn comes to save her along with Han and Chewie. Kylo Ren confronts Finn in the forest. Finn knows he is not much of a match for Kylo as he has not been properly trained as a Jedi Knight (given by his "oh s***" type of expression when Kylo Ren charges him). Even with a lack of training, Finn will have a couple impressive moments demonstrating his potential. Although I fully expect Kylo to win a short one sided fight as he badly injures Finn, the theater will probably think he is dead. The trailers and cast of characters leads us to believe Kylo Ren vs Finn is the fight we're waiting for and all looking forward to but it's not. Kylo Ren will make quick work of Finn but saving Finn and Rey from annihilation at the last moment will be none other than Luke Skywalker. The theater goes nuts. Luke and Kylo have an epic jedi battle. If anything is to be revealed about Kylo's origin, it will probably be at the end of this battle. I would expect Kylo to get the upperhand due to Luke's age but he'll be resilient enough to get himself and everyone out of there. He will train Finn after he heals. A properly trained and more confident Finn will have a rematch with Kylo Ren in Episode VIII probably with a different result this time. I do think Luke will die at some point in this trilogy but not in the first movie.
