I’ve been in this loop thinking I am not a cloud security engineer, second guessing myself lately. Like you said in 18:17 I didn’t come from a traditional background of help desk nor years of experience in IT. Your honesty right, it’s my mindset leading me to crash and burn out. Thank you for this reminder…

Dear Dr Eric. I was thinking about your videos and the contemporary situation in organizations. Many professionals in Cybersecurity are stuck with this mindset of "Finding exact match of skills for their products and tools", Due to this mindset, they end up keeping the positions open for more than 3 to 4 months. May I request you to make one video podcast on "How to find right skills and talent in the marketplace to fulfil the open demands". For example: A person may be very good in Zscaler and am sure he can quickly transition his role into Cisco Anyconnect also. Because Zscaler and Cisco Any connect both are under "VPN Services" Category. So, Todays hiring managers are missing the "Correlation and Association expertise" (In Analytics it is called Market Basket analysis). So if you can talk about this aspect in your upcoming videos, it would help the hiring managers to grow the Cybersecurity services industry. This will help the candidates and also the organizations. A win-win.
