the opening animal sequence is clever and funny but has nothing to do with the overall story. still, it shows an early Hal Roach production (2nd Our Gang comedy) beginning to blossom into what was one of the best loved comedy series of the 1920s and well beyond. Music played by the Beau Hunks, of course. Ernie's dad played by real life father, Ernie Morrison, Sr.
