My Dad just passed away on July 18th 2017. He was 57 and was diagnosed with liver cancer early 2016. He also had cirrhosis of the liver. He loved to play Skyrim and this song hits home so much. It's so beautiful but also reminds me how much I miss him. I take walks in my neighborhood at night and listen to this nonstop. It helps me to feel closer to him. He meant the world to me and was the best Father a son can have. Love you Dad

I'm not a gamer, but our desktop was in the same room with our sons' TV and game systems when they were growing up, so I got very familiar with the games they played. My favorites to eavesdrop on were Fallout, BioShock, Red Dead Redemption, Call of Duty, and Skyrim. The scores for all of them were fascinating -- unexpectedly thrilling, terrifying, nostalgic, and like this one in particular, absolutely enchanting. My boys are adults now, but the youngest was home recently for a brief stay. One night late, I heard this familiar music emanating from the family room. He was playing the game. I had to tell him I listen to this often, when I'm here alone. It makes me miss him, but it also brings back such lovely memories of when we were all together, safe and sound, under one roof. We are a tribe; we will always belong to each other. I am so grateful to the artists who made these games, which taught my children almost as much about how to live in the world as we did. And thank you for the music that has been the soundtrack to our lives 💗

I imagine my character coming back to Whiterun riding Odahviing and land on Dragonsrearch. Jarl Balgruulf be like You defeat Alduin?! And my female be like Yup. And then almost fell asleep because she is too tired. And will all her effort, go back to Breezehome and there her husband, Vilkas, and her two children, Lucia and Blaise, are there, waiting for her. And they are so happy because she didn't die.
