The 30 minute wait for food is so true. I did Uber eats as a side hustle back in the day and I got to the point of declining 5 guys orders. I could be 15 minutes away from the restaurant and I still waited a minimum of 10 minutes after arriving, every single time. And making food fresh is not an excuse cause it’s still a burger joint, and even picking up orders from high end sit down restaurants they’d still get them out consistently within a few minutes of showing up. Only 5 guys ever took so long.

If you ever put in a pickup order. Be aware that they won't cook your french fries until you arrive at 5 guys. Otherwise just tell them to go ahead and cook your fries when you place your order over the phone.
