The Get Active! First Light Masters & Seniors Fitness programme is specially designed for masters and seniors to stay active and healthy at home. Each workout is a short 30-min session to help you build stronger muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness!
The programme rundown is as follows:
Warm-up Exercises
1) March on the spot
2) Torso rotation with claps
3) Squat and woodchopper

Segment 2: Workout of the Day (W.O.D)
[ITEMS needed: 2 small water bottle + exercise mat + stable chair + towel]
2 rounds of 45 secs per exercise with 20 secs of active recovery
1) Half squat to shoulder press
2) Torso Rotation
3) Reverse diagonal woodchopper
4) Hinge and back row
5) Push up with rotation
6) Lying supine legs exension
__________________
Cool-down Exercises
1) Standing calf stretch
2) Seated hamstring stretch
3) Standing quad stretch
4) Standing torso stretch
5) Seated chest stretch
6) Seated back stretch
7) Standing posterior shoulder stretch
8) Standing anterior shoulder stretch
9) Standing tricep stretch with side lean
