As soon as a buyer irritates me i immediately refund the money and cancel the order. The signs I noticed are when they asks for it to be shipped out immediately, Packaged extra carefully, doesnt read the description before asking a question after already buying, etc.

Doesn't surprise me that eBay treats sellers like garbage, they have been doing it since day 1. Seller support is just a person who picks up the phone and tells you they can't do anything for you.

never watched your videos before, a friend sent me this and I gotta say I'm not surprised and feel bad that you had to go thru this. Ebay has been a trainwreck for the last 18 months and I see many more sellers going this route. all the best in your ebay-less journey.

It has been my experience that putting your store on vacation time when any foreseen weather or illness comes knocking. This avoids any issue until your ready to fully focus again.

I completely understand your frustration my friend, and you know that we are moving in the same direction of reducing the amount we are selling on eBay also. At one time I had close to 6K items on eBay and now I am at a little less than 200. Thank you for sharing this awesome video and for being the driving force in so many other sellers success. All the challenges you have been facing are making you a better seller, better person and for me a better example of how I want to do my business. Love you my friend.

Good luck man. I quit ebay back in the 1990s because I had a very special customer who decided to dedicate themselves to destroying my account and kept finding my new ones. So I know how that can feel.

I have been watching you before you moved to Florida. I can't believe it's been two years. I watch others that are having the issues with ebay. You have a good group of people following you we got your back. I wish I could do more yo I are the best.you have encouraged me to stay on my diet. Keep pushing.

I'm feeling your pain I'm a local reseller in Osceola county in Florida. And I had to put my store on vacation until the last storm pass. Plus finish cleaning up after Milton.

Hi, Paul. Not a critical comment here, but I'm just wondering why you don't put your eBay on "Time Away" when a storm is going to hit? I live in eastern PA and do this when a snow storm is about to dump on us. I don't like doing it but if I can't get out for a day or two, it saves me the problem you experienced. And the customers can still buy....they just know they'll have to wait for shipment. ( No bad feedback can happen.) Of course, the people that want it NOW!, will just shop somewhere else.

I left E Bay in 2003 it was my first selling platform, I’ve since moved on to better platforms and enjoying selling on them much more
