Thank you! Awesome video. Some more of my staples (especially when I was an impoverished student!): Onions, carrots, frozen spinach, frozen blueberries, sweet potatoes, chia seeds, plain yogurt, and canned fish (the good fatty kinds like salmon, mackerel, or sardines).

Recently, my doctor says I need to change my diet, even tho blood sugar is low, but I have high blood pressure and cholesterol. I check my bs before I have breakfast, if my bs is over 130, I eat oatmeal with cinnamon, no milk and fruit. If bs is under 120, have oats with little milk and bacon. If under 110, I eat grits with little butter, bacon and 2 eggs scrambled with broccoli or squash; if bs is under 100, I add cheddar cheese to my eggs.

At 0:50 - You have a Pizza at the CENTER of the Table, but you take it away from the Boy, and give him A SALAD?! If you don't want him to eat the Pizza, don't put it IN FRONT OF HIS FACE! Just sayin'. LOL!
