2:37 yes sir All previous lectures have been completed ❤❤❤

24:50 all the fundamental right accept article 20 and 21 during national emergency❤❤

41:59 Twenty-fourth Amendment) Act, 1971,  enables Parliament to dilute Fundamental Rights through Amendments of the Constitution. The 25th Amendment Act of 1971 is a law that curtailed the fundamental right to property

1:08:21 yes sir pata hai

1:40:00 Liberty emphasizes the importance of individual rights and the limitations of government power, while freedom is more focused on the ability of individuals to pursue their own interests. In practice, this can lead to different political ideologies and policies.

4:04:10 44th amendment in 1978 right to property is become in constitutional right under article 300A

1:39:43 ...Liberty is power to act and express oneself according to one's will while freedom is the power to decide one's action.

Sir Article 16(4B)
It says State to not combine vacancies of previous year with vacancies of the year in which they are being filled up to determine ceiling of 50% reservation on total number of vacancies of that year 81st, AA 2000

Also SC said total reserved quota should not violate 50% in 1992

But the Amendment Act came in 2000 so which should be considered, in Table 8.4 (7th edition) it includes the former
