I grew up in Etwall and there was always a fable that the Angel from the video's hands would move between holding the flowers with her hands facing up (forwards), or her hands facing down (knuckles towards the floor). It was said that at night, if you entered the graveyard and her hands were down (as shown in your video), it wasn't safe and bad things could happen to you - looking back, it was probably something our mothers told us to stop us from going in there when we perhaps shouldn't have been.

I, being a tiny bit of an intrigued teenager, decided to test this theory on multiple occasion, and came to the conclusion that it wasn't real - that being said, seeing the statue again just then in your video did bring back some eerie feelings.
