This is beyond what a human brain can process.... overriding your self-preservation instinct for such a long period of time with ZERO room for ANY error is mind boggling.... especially when you know you are racing a race with the highest fatality percentage.... absolute RESPECT!

Talent like this is no different than an NBA player, some just naturally have it. It's also from being on a bike from the time they are 4 years old and a supporting family. Years of experience pushing the limit. Most of us just work mundane jobs, just survive, but a select few are fortunate enough to truly live.

Just got done watching some footage of La Mans from the drivers view point. I thought that guy was crazy. After seeing this I think these guys would take the crown for crazy. Both skilled crazy for sure.

Tire technology has reached another level, with adhesion to the road.

The suspension soaking up bumps, at over 200 mph, and able to rebound maintaining tire contact with the road.

Having faith in your tires is the secret to speed.
