My uncle loves these movies, my aunt hates them. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I've heard them argue over them at family gatherings. 😂

Fallout was so intense and adrenaline filled from the first minute — and I feel like I went into this looking to replicate that dopamine surge.

Maybe you’re right about expectations and I also feel as though it just generally wasn’t executed as well as it could have been.

I just have some little questions (if you are okay to answer them of course ^^) :
-Is there some kind of "heist" type of plan/mission ? For example like we did with the Langley vault scene in MI 1, the Vatican in MI 3, the Kremlin in Ghost protocol or the amazing underwater scene in rogue nation. Because honestly this is something I really missed in Fallout that felt more like just an action movie than a mission impossible movie
-Are there some secret action scenes/set pieces that we don't see in the trailers ? (we saw the bike mountain, the yellow car, the desert with the horses and the train scene)
-Also, we can see shots of some beautiful silhouettes dancers in leotard in the begining of the first trailer and I was just wondering if they are in the final cut of the movie or if it was just in the trailer ? ;)

Im a little dissapointed that a 290 million dollar movie felt smaller action than the last one. maybe covid blew the budget.

Great review, James! Loved this breakdown. I really enjoyed Dead Reckoning and agree with some of your points w the writing! I did like the storyline but it was on the nose like you said. TC and Atwell were great!! Everything in Venice left a bitter taste in my mouth lol

Have you played the uncharted series? Because the last 3 mission Impossible movies gave me that vibe. Especially with Tom Cruise looking more like Nathan Drake
