Thanks for answering that last question! It was mine lol. I was thinking about that with the unracking of heavier weight.. I know Bryce Lewis has mentioned it among plenty others I'm sure! Going in for a lower power day tomorrow to hit some heavy squats so I'm gonna give that a try before hitting some heavier double and singles! Thanks again Matty!

Great except for the bit on Sodium. The amount given on MyFitnessPal (as well as on nutrition labels) is the upper tolerable limit. Intake above this number has been shown to cause harm. The actual recommended intake is closer to 1300mg

could you maybe give me your opinion on this... my pec/delt stretch marks are really fading, but after todays squat workout i showered and noticed a part which was really red (not increased) just more red like blood got into them, but i didnt train upper body. Im confused as to why :/

Hey matty I'm doing upper lower splits each 3 days a week but am not getting sore. I aim for 3-4 sets 8-10 reps. Any comments? Thanks
