Funeral services held for man killed in partial building collapse

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Friends and family gathered to say goodbye to a construction worker killed in a partial building collapse downtown.
Funeral services were held Monday for 58-year-old Preston Todd Delph. The Hebron man was a laborer for Gateway Concrete Forming Services.
Delph was checking for signs of structural stress and concrete seepage as concrete was poured on a temporary floor above him before the collapse on Nov. 23.
Fourth Street remains closed between Race and Elm streets until Tuesday.
