Last Canadian to orbit was 2018, I believe, so it's been a while. Great to see these missions lined up; Canadian prime and backup astronauts allocated for humanity's return to deep space, and another assigned to a long-duration tour on the ISS. We're back, baby! Godspeed Starliner-1 and Artemis-2, godspeed Gibbons and Kutryk, godspeed CSA!

He said, "he was picked to go, because if anything went wrong, NASA could blame Canada" 😅

The problem at this point is that I know how to build a Launchpad that is 100 km off the ground which will let us to go to outer space using an elevator so that a lot more people can go to outer space than the five people that they are offering at this moment with the spaceships that they have and I hope that someone is going to let us use this Launchpad that is 100 kilometers off of the ground because at this moment we are failing everyone when we could launch millions of people into outer space using an elevator and gunpowder instead of this expensive Rocket Fuel that is only allowing five people to go to space at one time
