Arda Aksu, I had the same thing happen a few times and I dont remember what I did differently to get it to work. I think I just redid the trim and it worked.

My problem now is I am trying to get the plywood of my wall composites to run through the roof framing layer to the plywood layer of the roof composite on my shed roofs. I used "Trim Elements to Roof/Shell" and it worked for all walls except the wall that the pivot line is associated with. It will only trim either the framing and exterior part of the wall or the interior drywall (pivot line is set on inside face of framing) so it seems like the pivot line is affecting the trim operation. Another problem which seems to be related is the corner where the rake and pivot line walls meet goes missing when I use the "Trim Elements to Roof/Shell" on the rake walls. I ended up merging the pivot line wall, set to the height of roof plywood with the roof, which cleaned up how I want it to, and then merging a small section of the rake walls on both sides of the pivot line with the roof and it cleans up nicely but only to the height of the wall but since there is no way to model a sloped wall in ArchiCAD without operators it doesn't cut the walls at an angle like I want. My goal is to eliminate as many lines/fills in section as possible but also being able to draw a section anywhere I want/need and it be accurate.
