With no hate with reviews.pk, i am a big fan of your videos and just sharing my experience for this product.

I purchased this phone 5 days ago and had been facing multiple touch panel issue is last few days.

Went to the warranty center 3 times and had a different statement from there representatives every time. They mentioned that there is a 7 day's replacement time but it seems they don't want to process the claim. Below mentioned is my entire khuwari experience i had with the xiaomi warranty center (Smart Link) at Amma Tower, Saddar, Karachi. Thank you to there manager for the worst customer experience ever.

In 3 days of my phone activation, i faced multiple issues in touch, installing aps, and managing apps. I went to the smart link warranty center 3 times. At first they said that its a third party app issue, restored my phone and reverted the phone back.

2nd time when i went next day with the same issue, now they wanted a video review to replace the product. This time they said you can either submit your phone for lab testing which will take 20 working days or submit a proof video of issues.

Disappointed, i went back and came with 3 video proves for touch problems and lacking in different apps and interface. This time they said ke now we have a proof but we need to send your phone to lahore for a final test and they will be the final call for replace. This process will take 5 to 7 working days.

Further, on my 2nd visit they mentioned that if a product has a justified fault and is claimed within 7 days will be replaced. Now on 3rd day when i have a proof, they are saying ke only replace is available on hardware faults, and thats there policy. I requested if they had this policy in written so the manager shouted ke 7 days replacement bhi lkha hua nhi he jae hum nhi kr rhe.

Having no other option today i submitted my phone for final testing. They may reject the cause after seeing 3 identified fault videos as they have the final rights to do this.

XIAOMI as a leading smartphone brand in Pakistan now should take a notice on such people who are dealing with customers with such a bad behaviour.
