Product Launch Strategy: Follow these 7 Steps for a RAPID Online Course Launch

Discover the product launch strategy I used to create and sell an online course within 2 weeks.

In this video, I lay out the 7 strategies I used to successfully pre-sell an online course. Not only did this help me make sales before I even started creating the course, it also helped me create a BETTER course.

Following the rapid implementation strategy, you can gain a lot of feedback and insight as you go through the launch sequence. This is a way in which you can "fail early" and make changes before investing a lot of time and money. Or, as in this example, validate your idea early on and build the kind of product people will want to buy.

Love this strategy walkthrough. However, the key thing missing is stating that you need a warm audience / group / email list and Autoresponder to run this rapid launch process. So, I think it would have been beneficial to have outlined these as pre-requisites fo this strategy to work. However a great strategy for those with a warm audience of followers!

Most useful and surprising is what you do before you even complete writing your course. This completion has been stymieing me because I’m really ready to go but I feel I need that push and inspiration. This will be my first online course and the other really helpful thing since it is now November, is for me to ride the wave of people’s New Year’s resolution and pick a first week of January launch day.
