Voskos Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients:

12-15 cooked shrimp, chopped

½ red onion, diced

1 cucumber, chopped

1 avocado, chopped

2 celery stocks, chopped

1 tbs. cilantro, chopped

1 lemon and lime, juiced

½ cup plain Voskos Greek Yogurt

½ cup cocktail sauce

Dash of hot sauce, salt and pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl whisk the Voskos Greek yogurt, lemon and lime juice and cocktail sauce.

Add all the remaining ingredients until everything is well combined with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for 30 minutes; serve in chilled bowls for an extra party hit!

Voskos 7-layer Dip

Ingredients:

1 can black refried beans

1 8oz. plain Voskos Greek yogurt

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced

2 Romo tomatoes, chopped

1 can sliced black olives

Chopped jalapenos

6oz. feta cheese

Directions:

Use a casserole dish. Layer with a spatula the black refried beans. Spread a layer of plain Voskos Greek yogurt over the beans, top with sliced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, chopped jalapenos and feta cheese. Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread.
