Being real for a second though, I also really do hope that the company is prepared to back you up for the horridness that inevitably is likely come from the worst people on the internet. I was part of a gender and inclusion forum at my workplace this week which was (to my understanding) basically entirely cisgender people apart from one of my junior colleagues, who is transmale/intergender; my intent was to basically act as moral support, be a good ally and to validate points made. The forum went pretty well, and I hope that the points made will be put into practice, but the fact that of the handful of transpeople working in my industry/workplace (some are very much out, others not so much) only one felt they could step forward to speak about their experiences and the impact it has on their life in a room of about a dozen people, speaks volumes about what our queer colleagues face in terms of discrimination and intimidation. Still, this is a moment to celebrate - enjoy the successes and compliments, try to forget the insults, and keep living your authentic self. 😊
