How to install / replace a Toilet Cistern. This particular one was purchased from Bunnings for around $90. The process for other brands would be similar if not the exact same.

Tools needed:
Drill or impact driver
6mm masonry drill bit
Centre punch
Hammer
Adjustable wrench
Level
Marker pen

Cheers! I was having a dart wondering how to mark the bracket for the screw locations and I figured it out before seeing you do it but still watched through and I didn't think to center punch so I'll remember to do that!

awesome thanks for showing, I couldn't work out the bracket lol so easy, i used the holds on the wall and found out the L shape was to small lucky there was one in the box

Just what I needed as someone handy but new to bog maintenance :) My existing ancient cistern has an overflow outlet also which seems to be unnecessary these days so will just block that off. Cheers.
