In a recent video “5 Things I Wish I Knew as a New Rider” - I posed a question to my viewers about how to handle wind as a New Rider. The simple solution was to shop around for a Windscreen to redirect the air up and over my torso. After a little research, I came across the PUIG New Generation Naked Bike Windscreen on RevZilla.

Installation was a breeze and took less then five minutes (12mm Wrench on Two Bolts). While the windscreen does an excellent job at redirecting the airflow - it does pose a couple of problems. Watch the video to find out why the PUIG New Generation Naked Bike Windscreen will not become a permanent fixture on my 2018 Honda CB650F.

I bought one and returned it, had the same issue. I am 6ft and it made the wind buffeting so bad I could not ride it.

you can get windscreen extension's that will attach to the top of the windscreen to put the air above your head essentially.

I'm glad I watched this video because I was thinking of getting one. Not I'll stay with it naked as Honda intended. I personally think it spoils the look of the bike.

I agree with u. I had the same issue with the screen on my 2018 cb650f. Did you find an alternative for it?
