Here, you can see a Minecraft hobbit house being built in a cinematic timelapse. There is also some terraforming going on.
Hobbit houses can also be compared to tiny houses that are below a small hill or mound and underground with a entry at the front of the mound or hill. I don't exactly know why they're called, but I think they look pretty and are easy to replicate, so I hope this little video can be used as a tutorial if you want to build yourself a house like this in Minecraft. This should look good in both Minecraft Java and Bedrock (PE).
