Also I spoke to one of my Sleep Paralysis Demons before. It was like one word for each sentence, but when it was an actual sentence, I didn't hear it properly. But it turns out I was talking to my own consciousness because sleep paralysis demons aren't real (they are in visions, but not in the real world, but if it was actually speaking to me, how could I hear it if I could only hear my voice?)
