In this Valencia Spain Travel Vlog, I will show you how to have the perfect trip to Valencia and all of the best things to do in Valencia, Spain. Valencia is Spain’s 3rd largest city and is located on the East coast of Spain. Valencia, Spain is an amazing city full of narrow, colorful streets, unique architecture, and great city beaches!

To start off my Valencia Spain Vlog, I walk around downtown Valencia before heading to the central market. The Central Market in Valencia, Spain is a great place to experience the local culture and try some delicious food! I really enjoyed walking around Valencia’s main market and even bought 2 delicious empanadas! After exploring the market, I walked over to one of the main churches in Valencia, the Santa Catalina Martir Church for incredible views of the city.

Next up on my Valencia Spain Travel Vlog, I walked to one of the main city squares called Plaza de la Virgen. This plaza is home to some beautiful buildings and tons of cafes, great for a snack! Plaza de la Virgen is also a great place to relax and people watch in Valencia. After enjoying the atmosphere in the plaza, I walked over to a cafe to try some of Valencia’s famous horchata. Horchata is a traditional local drink made from chufas, which are tiger nuts. To me, the horchata tasted a little bit like sweet milk.

Next on my Valencia Spain Travel Vlog, I rented a bike and made my way to Valencia’s main city park, called Turia Garden. Turia Garden is the biggest park in Valencia, and one of the biggest in all of Spain. It’s a huge park, with so many trees, flowers, gardens, and ponds. It’s a great place to escape the city and enjoy nature. After biking around Turia Garden, I went to the Russafa Neighborhood, which, over the years, has turned into a hip area with tons of cool cafes, restaurants, and shops. The Russafa neighborhood also has tons of colorful buildings, and is one of my favorite areas in Valencia, Spain.

To start the next morning of my Valencia Spain Vlog, I enjoyed a delicious chocolate napolitana and a cafe con leche before setting off to explore the City of Arts and Sciences. The City of Arts and Sciences is a modern area within the city of Valencia with tons of impressive structures and beautiful blue ponds. Within the City of Arts and Sciences, there is a science museum, a planetarium, an aquarium, and so much more. It is a must visit in Valencia, Spain.

To end my time in Valencia, Spain, I went to an area of the city called Port Saplaya. Port Saplaya is a beautiful area filled with tons of canals and colorful homes. Many nickname Port Saplaya the Venice of Valencia since it resembles Venice, Italy. On the other side of the canals, is a great beach in Valencia too!

After a few days in the city, Valencia has become one of my favorite cities in Spain! I hope you enjoyed following along my Valencia Spain Travel Vlog!

00:29 All the cities of southern Europe have narrow streets in historic downtown because it is the most effective urban design against the high temperatures that can be reached in summer. In the past there was no air conditioning.

You missed the Cabanyal barrio, with its Art Nouveau and Art Deco houses... and the Fallas! You should come back ;-)
