Want to thank you for consistently vlogging your journey. I'm a type II Diabetic so OMAD can be tricky but keto and IF works for me. (16:8). Mississippi roast is one of the best roast out there. I showed that recipe to Mom about 4 years ago. Now that's the only way we ever have a roast. Then the leftovers. We shred it up mix with noodles and brown gravy
