McConnell needs to step down and retire, the Minority Whip needs to step down and get true hard fighting leaders in charge. Disgraceful performance, including the 19 Bipartisanship Republicans. It is time to lock the debt limit and force Congress to be fiscal responsible. If Congress wants to fund a new program, pay the debt down just like any average American.
