Gisle Wink is the Norwegian dub of Jakers! The Adventures of Piggley Winks.
It was absolutely a bad move to add a (for probably the most of you) foreign dub as the challenge.
German isn't that far off, as Norwegian is a North Germanic language, although pig latin was a bit further off...
If it hadn't been proven before, this video really sealed the deal, I'm old as my childhood cartoons were all labeled as old school.
I got most of the old stuff Hailee and Kendra was blank on, some of those they remembered and a few of the newer ones.
If you're a Star Wars fan and likes cartoons, Star Wars The Clone Wars are a solid recommendation from me!
There's so many more of the ones Hailee and Kendra hadn't seen that I would absolutely recommend too, I'm guessing they would love Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers and The Adventures of the Gummi Bears, as those had good plot lines, characters and good production quality.
This was still a great list of memory unlocks, there was some I had seen but didn't remember too, so I hope Hailee and Kendra isn't too miffed for those they missed on.
I've probably seen some episodes of most of these, except some of the newest kids cartoons, because I'm a big cartoons fan that still have cartoon subscriptions.

i remember Happy Tree Friends being a flash cartoon on the internet that you'd show your friends and scar them for life. ahhh... early adolescence was a fun time. 😂

As always, when you make videos like this one it makes me bring back memories of my childhood, being me your age ('94). And I admit it: many are not just from my childhood LOL.
Hailee, being myself a South Park fan, can I ask you which one is your favourite season? For me, the best one is the sixth, because I think that every episode of it is an absolute masterpiece. Especially the episode "Child Abduction is not Funny", with Tuong Lu Kim trying to prevent the "Fu**ing Mongorians" from breaking down his "city wall".
About Avatar, I've practiced for some years the martial art airbending was created from: baguazhang. A so elegant, but also so powerful martial art. This should give you an idea about how much I love that series.
About Sailor Moon, I can confirm that: two characters, that sadly are introduced only later, in the story, aka Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, are in fact a couple in the original language.
Kendra. You've done what I think it was the exact same face I think I've made when I've watched for the first time Happy Tree Friends. I was 12, at the time and you know what? I think I would make the same face, if I'd see another episode now. I will never EVER be able to watch it again. I understand the black humor (I wouldn't be a South Park fan if I wasn't) but HTF is really too much, for me.

I have watched many of these shows growing up and as a teen. I was amazed by how many I recognized. I don’t know why I was surprised, but they really keep the music and just localize the lyrics of the theme songs.

That was about my reaction the first time I saw Happy Tree Friends over 10 years ago….and then I watched the whole show for some reason and it was always still messed up 😂 Kendra’s reaction was absolute gold. Pretty accurate for most people who see it the first time.

I think I did quite good. I got about about 75% right, but if it was in my native language (Danish) I´d gotten about 90%. The lyrics for the songs changes a lot.

Happy Three Friends was/is most def. not a kids show, which is so messed up if you think about it!

Just found this channel and have been checking out the videos and I gotta say I forgot just how freaking hard the Chip & Dales Rescue Rangers theme song went. I absolutely loved that show growing up but like seriously they had no business going that hard.
