This creamy Chocolate & Roasted Hazelnut Butter is everything you need 🤎 Tastes delicious on toasted or freshly baked sourdough bread 👌🏻 Also perfect for other baked goods, pancakes, waffles, fruit, and more!

Ingredients:
125 raw almonds, whole or blanched
125 raw hazelnuts
30 g cocoa mass
10 g cocoa butter
20 g agave or maple syrup
1 tsp rapeseed oil (optional)
pinch of sea salt

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Spread the almonds and hazelnuts onto a baking tray and bake for 9-10 minutes, until lightly golden and fragrant.
2. Remove the skin from the hazelnuts. When cooled enough to handle, transfer the nuts onto a clean kitchen towel and rub between your hands.
3. Place the toasted nuts in a high-speed food processor (using a blender is not advised as there is not enough liquid). Blend on high for about 5 minutes, or until a nut butter consistency is formed. The mixture will go from crumbly to smooth over this time.
4. Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor. For a smooth runny chocolate spread, blend for about 5-10 minutes with breaks every 2-3 minutes. For a more chocolatey taste, simply add a little cacao powder. Add more syrup and salt to taste.
5. Transfer the chocolate spread to an airtight glass container and keep at room temperature for around a month (in the fridge for 2-3 months). Enjoy!

Hola, yo quisiera saber si es necesario remover la cascarita de las avellanas o no importa si la tiene, siempre me he preguntado si eso afecta el sabor del producto, es decir, si se vuelve amargo o si queda astringente o algo, me gustaría si alguien por favor pudiera despejar mi duda, de antemano, gracias por su amable respuesta 😊😊

Nutella è la "Nutella"! Questa è una crema, sicuramente buona, di mandorle e nocciole ma non puoi chiamarla e non è Nutella
