What an incredible and thrilling experience, jumping from the WORLD’S HIGHEST BRIDGE BUNGY JUMPING! 😍🙌
When I did Bungee Jumping twice earlier, I was scared and while jumping I kept my eyes closed out of fear. I couldn’t jump with confidence.
But this time, I decided to keep my eyes open and also to keep my head down first while jumping like you’re diving (right way to jump). Guess what, I could do both the things this time😄.
The view was breathtaking❤️. Keeping the eyes open was totally worth it.
Remember, the mind experiences fear when something is new but when it’s done repeatedly, it becomes a habit and the fear slowly disappears.
This is definitely a must-do when you’re in the Western Cape.🙌
A special shout out to the amazing team of @faceadrenalin3450 and everyone who gets you prepared before you jump. What a lovely group of people. Very helpful, humorous and kind. They definitely make the entire experience much easier and enjoyable.
