I always enjoy listening to Br. Phap Hub. Thay has left such a beautiful, Blessed legacy. I didn't think I would enjoy the teachings after Thay passed. See JUDGEMENT 😀 How wrong I WAS. Thank you Br. Phap Hub for your gentle, loving teachings. Thank you Thay for the training of these beautiful young people (monastics) who carry on your wisdom and energy with the teachings. I can feel your presence and gentility through them. Feeling so Blessed and ALIVE at 80. I have loved Thich Nhat Hanh and taught some of his Meditations for over 20 years. When exasperated I would put his book under my arm and feel an instant peace. 💓🙏

thank you 🙏. you know that feeling sometimes you think you've come so far with so many ego deaths, that you feel you've just crossed an entire series of mountain ranges ? then life circumstance or a person reveals that you are actually still a baby at the foot of another master ? this is how I felt, getting to listen to this talk. it is the quality of vibration, the gentle strength, speaking about your experiences with your mother. I really can't thank you enough for showing me the way, to remind me to soften, and give the power back into my hands to overcome such dark ways of perceiving the world & myself. 🙏 much love 💞
