My new ink is also red, specifically Noodler's Red-Black. There are A LOT of different shades of black, brown, and red, living in that bottle.

I have the very same colour Jinhao X750 with the original nib and I put a contrasting Seitz Palm Green ink in mine. I used to use Diamine Wine Divine in it but found the gold shimmer in the ink clogged the pen too often.
I might try that J. Herbin red ink you have there.
I have 2 of those X750 red pens so I am ordering a 1.1 number 6 stub italic nib for it from Beaufort ink here in the UK if they are not shut down from the Corona Virus.
I am also enjoying my new Sailor Neo High Ace Blue cap/clear demonstrater 1.0 calligraphy fountain pen which I recently bought from Cult pens here in the UK.
I bought the Sailor converter as well for a total under £20. The nib has a lovely definition, and with some smoothing has become my favourite daily carry pen.
Stay safe and well.

Pushing on the ends of the tines is not the best way to install that nib is it?.. just asking. Do you think that you are seeing much of any line variation with that nib?

Why not use a blotter on the wet ink instead of waiting for the ink to dry?

I once tried it to put the converter of my Baoer 68 in my hero 901 because I lost the converter of my hero 901 and worked until I decided use cartridges in my hero 901...

Do you have a PO Box or address that I can send you a non leaking Nemosine Singularity? I feel bad you’re having so much trouble with your singularity. I have some extras. Mainly medium nib.
