Blue hurricane is perfect for symphonic destruction, counters. Just use phantom first or an evasive (that doesn't take you too far away) while they're using that and when they go to bow, activate blue hurrican and rush towards them as soon as the bow is over... Bam, they're stuck.

Blue hurricane is good for countering long animated ultimates as well such as symphonic destruction. Wait for them to activate it and midway through it, that's when you should unleash the hurricane.

Even so, it's hard to successfully hit an opponent with that Blue Hurrican in PVP cuz as soon as they see your char's angry face with open jaw and everything on their screen, they'll fly away as usual. I would most likely decrease their stamina to zero with an Arm Crash or with the I'm not gonna be that easy Z-soul.

clothe:beerus' top n bottom, broly's hands, n vegito shoes
zsoul-kid buu "Ugya-gya-gyaou" gives u unlimited use of of supers n ultimates plus +5 in health n basic attack
