It’s really interesting..my hip bursitis will completely go away and then here it comes again. Just when I think I’m out of the woods it makes a comeback haha

Similarly you can try using research peptides like BPC-157 + TB-500 (which is cheaper than PRP/Prolo). Also if it's chronic (more than a year) check out the book "The Way Out" by Alan Gordon.

I have slept much since it flared up in December. The other therapy you mentioned is intriguing. I am in my 60’s. I was riding exercise bike every day. It set it off. Pain meds seem to trigger my glucose but pain does too.

Doctor said I had bilateral hip Bursitis but to be honest it could be a number of things. All I know is I was going to the gym almost everyday and lost 50 pounds and was on my way to getting off diabetes meds and now I no longer go to the gym and have gained almost ten pounds back.

can weak tendons and muscles that surround the bursa heal on their own? without prolotherapy? would PT help with that? what's your opinion of stretching? I'm guessing that stretching would actually be a no-no, correct?

How do you get a diagnosis for hip bursitis? I have pain when I walk, but not when sitting, standing or sleeping.

Would tendon degeneration also cause a bruised feeling to the touch? In the past month i began feeling pain even to the touch(when i lightly press against my hip).

My PT says I’ve bursitis. I haven’t fallen and I think it’s from running. I’ve taken time off and stretch and do loads of clam and glute exercises. 9 months later it’s still there. Any ideas?

After almost two years of on and off bursitis, numerous PT appointments, injections, and anti-inflammatories, I still have no relief but miserable pain impacting my quality of life and preventing me from engaging in any physical activity. Which specialist should I consult on the treatment outlined in your video?

I’m actually watching this after a 45 mins of sleep night and a miserable nagging pain.

It's both my hips & tops of my thighs on the sides. I cannot lay on either side or do palpitations on that area with my hands because it's so tender. I have been sleeping in a recliner for 4 years. I'm 58 years old now. I have a referral to see an orthopedic I hope they know a lot and how to help me.

Agreed! This is miserable and treating it takes a long time.

She said, "prolotherapy or prp platelet rich plasma." Notice how when people get to the most important words of a talk, they say the word as fast as they can? I had to pause it three times before I got this down.

My Ortho said the same thing, that most people who are diagnosed with bursitis don't actually have it. When he did the ultrasound, he was really surprised to see that I actually have it
