She is just the best. The best thing Youtube has to offer. She has the looks, the aesthetic, the knowledge, the taste, the banter, and everything you need from a content creator. The way she explains food makes you feel like you are simultaneously tasting it. The way she represents South Korea is poetic and artistic. The way she informs you in a historical context makes you feel very educated. Not a single second is wasted, this is the only content that I watch from start to finish. The replay value is damn high. What I do is; I actually savour her videos and watch them usually when I eat. There are times that I finish one video in 3 days because I don't wanna miss anything and she can always be my dinner friend. I love you so much and am so proud of you, keep up the good work. Godspeed.

15:04 The stall owner is one of the nicest people I've met!

STORYTIME: On my first trip to Seoul last year I went there and told him that I found his stall because he was shown on Yummiboy's channel. He was so happy that he gave me a small cup of icecream for free! This year on my second trip, he actually recognized me. He remembered a very exact detail about me. 10 months later.

I couldn't stop smiling when I saw the stall in your video. Thanks Tina. Thanks Kevin. Lots of love from Germany!

i don't know why but this video really made me emotional. aside from being fascinated by korean culture and food, to the point of applying to a koreanology university, i feel more than ever the yearning in my heart and soul to explore, venture, and see the world. especially places like this. the part where you sit with your mom by the river, eat ramen, it's dark and there's just the sound of people talking, water, laughter, food and love... that's all i crave for and i just wish so badly to see as much as i can before i die. thank you for this video. i know this is just one comment in the sea of comments, but finding your youtube channel inspired me so much to not only start cooking again, but also prioritize myself and make some drastic life choices in order to make my dreams come true. so thank you for the courage, the comfort, the inspiration and safe place. ♥xx

placing automatic ramen cookers next to the river park, is a GENIUS business idea.

2:04 Tina literally looked like a goddess and so pretty in that hanbok, all dressed up, doing a photo shoot, feeling like a princess but she looked even prettier and cuter when 2:12 she transitioned into her goofy self like THAT'S MY GIRL!!!

I'm so convinced that I'll be able to travel to South Korea someday after seeing this and finding an opportunity to find someone who would give me recommendations on where to visit from TikTok. I really look forward in indulging and learning about the beautiful Korean culture ❤

When I was younger I grew up in Korea town in my city. My mom signed me up for this Taekwondo where all the instructors recently arrived from Korea. I would attend the Korean cultural festivals with my Taekwondo, they taught me how to say thank you, count in Korean and most importantly really shaped me in terms of discipline and self control. Because of growing up in Korea town I really enjoy Korean cuisine and overall really want to visit. My aunt said after I got my black belt she would take me. I got my black belt and she never did 😭. However I’m 22 now so I’m going to go next year with my friends. Thank you for your videos, they make me excited and hungry.

There is no denying it. You are officially the coolest person I know. I've been in the cooking industry for 25yrs and you get to try food I can only dream of.
I love how you describe food with such passion and your love for your own cultural history. You inspire with your words and way of life, and the balance of food. I explain this to so many people but you truly get it.
Keep the amazing videos coming and take care of yourself.

I’m so happy to see you back to this sort of content after the Mija Seoul whirlwind! Take solace in the fact that you deserve to enjoy life and not be so stressed all the time, and you have the benefit of being able to do so by just being you! How awesome is that? Keep traveling and living everyone’s dream life, I live vicariously!

This is just what the Doctor ordered. I'm feeling rough as I am tapering off my medication for nerve pain. I'm in the bath with a cold diet Coke and watching the best that YouTube has to offer. I'm making mental notes too for future places to visit ☺️
I don't want this video to end 😂
