As Covid cases put a strain on hospitals, some families are seeking out alternative options for birthing. The birthing process itself may leave some moms to be needing extra support, including physical, educational or emotional support. This may include someone to just relax, reassure and guide her through the process during pregnancy, birth and the immediate postpartum period.
