Glitch Effect On Image | mgGlitchJs | HTML,CSS & JQuery

In this video, We will learn how to add a Glitch Effect to an Image. We are using mgGlitchJs plugin and JQuery for creating a glitch effect. If we are using mgGlitchJs script for glitch Effect then image position must be absolute. I hope you like this video.
