It’s not reversed video. They are putting the unsold low quality discarded tomatoes back to plant base to be used as fertilisers.

It rots back down and replenishes the nutrient content of the soil. If you don't put organic material back you end up with sand dunes. Plant decay results in free nitrogen that feeds the next crop.

It's a way of replenishing the field where it will grow better potatoes the next year because this year used a lot of minerals and stuff it's a way of fertilizing it for next year

The person that is on commentary has never seen a tomato Harvester work before the machine is opening up the field so a truck can going in the field along the side of the harvester and get loaded
