Vegas to SF is essentially no distance at all. $349 is NOT economy pricing. But, it's not wildly expensive, some may value a less stressful experience. Still, it's FAR, FAR from economizing!!

#1 Unless you book very last minute or during peak events, a one-way economy fare does not cost $349.
#2 That’s not a private jet. Simply a regional jet. Most major US airlines operate aircraft of that type.
#3 JSX’s terminal building is not a “VIP Terminal”.
#4 That bathroom looks a lot bigger than most regular bathrooms on commercial aircraft.

Its not a fully private jet, the plane is called the Bombardier CRJ-200 and it’s a hybrid between a commercial regional jet and a private jet

This is a young airline company. I've flown with them and they are the BEST. I fly with them any chance I can. Roomy seats and Great service

I tried their website and pretend to book a flight & roundtrip cost around $600-1200 depending if you select your seats so this $300 deal RT is once in a blue moon if you get lucky especially flying private jet
