If NUHW truly wanted to make their case and justification for the strike then the focus should have been how poor the current KP employees working conditions are and how those requirements weren't being met. But they probably couldn't argue for that since KP employees are one of the highest paid in Southern California.

How is Kaiser to blame for not fulfilling their requirements during the strike when the reason they are not fulfilling them is because the Union chose to do an open ended strike instead of negotiating?
