Each style has it's strengths and weaknesses but no matter what style you chose if you're not good enough or I should say dedicated enough to master it then it won't help you...but I would choose Tysons peekaboo style because mastered it is a style to be reckoned wwith because of it's effectiveness offensively and defensively., Mayweather's philly shell type style is the best defensively but unless your the favorite and know you are going to win every decision if it goes to the end like Mayweather did then it's not worth running away and trying to stay up until the end, Mayweather new that he would always winn if he made it to the end..Vegas wasn't going to pay out all that money to the people that bet against Mayweather that's why all the fights were in Vegas and that's why he always made it to the end because he was guaranteed the decision if it went to the 12 round, , ., That's why it was important that a fighter was powerful enough to knock him out but also had the stamina to go the distance to bad he never fought anyone in their prime he always waited until they were past their prime..yes he fought tough fighters but only after they weren't at their best anymore ..I can never say Mayweather was a legendary fighter because he chose his fights and wouldn't fight just anyone...real legends like Ali, Joe Frazier, Mike Tyson, Wilfredo benitez, sunny Liston etc. They weren't just great in their ears they were also willing to test that greatness against anyone that dared challenge them even if they thought they could lose and that's what makes them legends... Mayweather will go undefeated with the best defensive tactics ever used in the history of boxing but he will never be a legend because he never challenged himself or tested his defense against anyone that could've really beat him...
