Australia's largest ISP, Telstra, needed help to extract useful insights from their massive datasets. The traditional tools simply couldn't cut the mustard. This is the story of how Telstra successfully built their data analytics platform on GCP, and how BigQuery & Cloud Dataflow were used in tandem to provide an elegant, cheap, yet extremely powerful & scalable solution to Telstra's problem.
