He did say "Yes" at 03:34 right after Malvo pushed for a Yes or No, in response to the nurse's rushing him though. But still, that was a loud "YES", Malvo could have pretended he didn't hear the nurse and took that as a "YEAAH for Pete's sake" from Lester to his proposition

Pride (got upset by Lorne's denial at the hotelbar)
Lust (dead brothers wife, hotelbar flirting when married)
Gluttony (bought bigger house with expensive furniture, new suit)
Sloth (not cleaning up blood stains, using wife as cheap bait, not repairing devices, lazy excuses for bad life choices)
Wrath (killed wife out of anger and frustration)
Greed (kinda same as Gluttony here)
Envy (Laundry/dryer machine)
