social anxiety disorder is bad, you can't even do normal things without feeling others are constantly judging you :(

One thing I hate; when people in class have ''anxiety disorder'' because they get nervous about exams and are stressed about coursework.

I believe you made a mistake in your video:
Agoraphobia is the fear of leaving home and something bad happening
Claustrophobia is the fear of being stuck inside something and not be able to leave.

Great video though !!

Mhm. Being diagnosed with social anxiety (by a medical professional), even going outside can be hard. You see someone outside through your window and think "No, I shouldn't go outside. What if they see me? What if they know me? Are they going to judge me? Do they see me at my window right now?", and this is just one of many examples. You turn down parties, or hide somewhere during them. At a grocery store, you avoid isles with people in them, even if that isle has what you need. You can't even talk to some of your own family members out of fear of judgment. And to top it off, you almost always feel adrenaline in your blood. Sure, this may be completely irrational, (and I'm pretty sure everyone with anxiety knows that), but that still doesn't stop it from happening. And sadly enough, anxiety runs through my family.
So in other words, life with anxiety can be rough, as the video stated, and isn't something that just "goes away".

I have really bad social anxiety I can't even order anything at a restaurant or any public place cause I would get so nervous so I just avoid it I hate when people say I'm dumb or that I'm being stupid for not being able to do simple things in public but they don't get it I can't help it is just the worse feeling

Once I ate an egg and immediately had a panic attack. I can’t eat eggs now.

Man I hate how people with anxiety are treated like they are weirdos and aren't human

I’m not sure if I have an Anixety Disorder, but if I did, i’d have the worst kind. When I have any pain, I immediately say “I don’t want to die” In panic attacks, I have chest pains, and trouble breathing correctly. When I get a bad pain, I sit in bed hugging something, and sobbing. I whisper to myself, “I don’t want to die”. I have trouble dealing with it, but my mother helps me and recommends meditation for me.

Edit: Yo yo yo. So I don’t know when I made this comment, but I’m way better now. Anxiety isn’t a huge issue for me anymore, I almost never have panic attacks. When I do, I have so many different ways of fixing them they go away within seconds. I went through some great therapy and a lot of help from people around me to get to where I am now. I hope you all have a wonderful day uh goodbye

I myself have terrible social anxiety, and that keeps me from going out of my house r even my room most of the time because I don't like people looking at me or even acknowledging my existence. If I do ever go out in public, I stick to the shadows and keep my head down at all times. I do have a job, but even going out to my job creates terrible stress and anxiety even though my coworkers are pretty friendly to me. Life sucks when you have social anxiety, and many people think I always overreact, but they're wrong. It's a real. Flippin. Condition. And I feel for anyone else that has it as bad as I.

Random thing but whenever somebody is whispering to someone, is it normal to think that you hear them saying your name occasionally? It scares me as I think they are making fun of me, even if they’re like a teacher or something and they’re not.

Try this if you are feeling anxiety:
Name 5 things you can SEE
Name 4 things you can TOUCH
Name 3 things you can HEAR
Name 2 things you can SMELL
Name 1 thing you can TASTE
Repeat as needed.
The idea is to slow down, ground yourself, and bring your mind out of feeling out of control.
It's helped me a lot and is a very useful tool to have handy to calm down the swirling mind.

If you have anxiety it really helps to write down everything that's suffocating your mind, I always write my problems and difficulties down and listen to emotional and relaxing music it really helps to calm down, sometimes it's even good to bring out my fears and cry for a while until I calm down.

i feel like even if you feel perfectly fine and not recognise any of these symptoms, you should still try and take better care of your mental health by exercising and meditation. i just feel like its important to recognise this and act upon it to improve ones life in general ( i recommend the headspace app for meditation its worked wonders for me !! )
