Hey - this isn't working. My menu is not like yours in that it doesn't allow me to select 'ownership & control'. There is NO such menu on my screen ??? Does anyone know why?

I got thru all of this and put my password in and it says this action is not available at this time. Any reason why it would say this? Im so frustrated man i hate Facebook
