This Vegeta is based off the "Xeno" Vegeta, he's from the Promotional Anime Dragon Ball Hero's and canonically can go SSJ4, he's also a Time Patroller so thats why the mask is there. The masks are to maintain anonymity and prevent any potential disruption to the timelines they are tasked with protecting by ensuring people they encounter don't recognize them.

I got the classic blue Saiyan armor with the translucent SSG and SSGSS Evolved hair. These figures are a must have. You can't go wrong with either version.
