This is the correct ruling in the TCG. Win conditions happen immediately when the conditions are met and cannot be responded to, be negated, nor are affected by prio. Since both players achieved the win condition at the same time, the game resulted in a draw.

Exodia's effect does not start a chain so turn player priority does not work. Game ends in a draw regardless of whose turn it is

My theory of what would happen is that both Exodias basically obliterate each other plus the duelists, so basically a draw since everyone is dead.
